Shoebox

This project is creating a set in a shoebox for filming a music video of Beetle's song. Our group choose a song called "I'm the walrus", and my lines are :

"Man, you should have seen them kicking Edgar Allen Poe,

I am the Eggman,

They are the Eggman..."

So I use the electric wires to make two tiny puppets, one is the Allen Poe, another is a Japanese cartoon character, Eggman. Then I hang them by the thread, their legs and arms can be moved by my controlling. For creating more horror sense, I cut many foam balls and sculpt a tree trunk, then set them in the shoebox.

I always like trying to experiment with colour light. So I move the colour gel from the back of shoebox so that there are different colours of light in the scene.
